Growing up in a third world country, travel, in my mind, was reserved for the rich and famous, and certainly not something I thought I’d experience much of during my lifetime. It was only in my later twenties when a group of fabulous friends included me in their travel plans, that I found myself climbing nervously into the belly of a giant metal bird and flying off on my very first adventure. Strangely, surviving that initial terrifying journey, ignited in me a vigorous curiosity and wanderlust, to explore more, and see as much as is humanly possible, whilst I’m on this magnificent planet. Being a keen amateur photographer, I soon found myself hoarding around twenty thousand images of my travels and so I have decided to share with you, some of the extraordinary sights I have captured, I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!
In 2018, before we knew what a Covid passport was, I booked myself a World Traveller ticket via British Airways. It allowed me to fly to 18 destinations around the world in a 12 month period, heading only in one direction. The ticket costed around £5K at the time, but I made sure to plan my trip meticulously, to include visits to some of the ancient wonders of the world, as well as family and friends scattered all around the globe. This website covers my world trip as well as other destinations I have since visited. All photos on this website are taken by me, using a Canon Powershot digital camera. I am in the process of adding subtitle descriptions to each photo, which you can read by selecting the individual photo and then scrolling through them. This website is very much a work in progress!
